1. Odessa, TX

Odessa, Texas, leads the nation with an alarming rate of 27.46 drunk driving fatalities per 100,000 residents. Between 2018 and 2022, the city recorded 31 fatal drunk driving accidents.

2. San Bernardino, CA

San Bernardino, California, follows with a rate of 18.15 drunk driving fatalities per 100,000 residents.

3. Pueblo, CO

Pueblo, Colorado, ranks third with a rate of 17.94 per 100,000 residents.

4. Corona, CA

Corona, California, has a rate of 15.04 per 100,000 residents.

5. Hartford, CT

Hartford, Connecticut, sees a rate of 14.91 per 100,000 residents.

6. Midland, TX

Midland, Texas, reports a rate of 14.13 per 100,000 residents, emphasizing the broader issue within the state.

7. Dallas, TX

Dallas, Texas, experiences a rate of 13.93 per 100,000 residents.

8. Chattanooga, TN
