Through the infographic, we can see that five major film studios own the majority of movie market shares which they accomplished through a series of mergers that absorbed all their competitions.

One of the studios the timeline highlights is Universal, known for their popular theme park and for producing classic films like Jurassic Park. These are Universal’s most famous franchises:
